May be the best meal we had in Bergen. Stopped in for a quick lunch before a Fjord boat tour and was incredibly surprised.
The Whipped feta sandwich (pickled bell pepper and dried olives) was over the top wonderful - it is presented open face like a bruschetta and was incredible.
The sardine plate came with a very gourmet sardine (in oil) with an aioli, salt and very soft local bread. Flavor was incredible and a great deal (the can of sardines presented is sold in stores for 120 and the plate was not much more than that - great deal.
My wife wants to go back tomorrow and order the exact same thing - that never happens on vacation.
Service was excellent - the most friendly people we met the entire trip.

Reserved a table to discover it's find your own table on arrival. Full indoors so had to find my own space outdoors (luckily the weather allowed this). Food tasty and portion size decent (of chicken and waffle). Pan Asian style, not much Norwegian about it except the waffle, but that's obvious from the menu. One for the hipsters to be seen at I think.

Even though it is always crowded and booked, this is one of those places where we are ready to sit outside even in cold weather:-) plus they have a heater outside so it is nice. Gorgeous looking brunch sandwiches to die for. Definitely our favourite brunch place. Also, very good proper coffee. I know Norwegians like filter coffee but here they serve the real one. On top of it all, pleasent staff, home made bread, nice cakes, and I just love those beautiful designed cups. They think of the whole brand here, and the customer.

God mat samt en veldig hyggelig, smilende og oppmerksom betjening med litt humor på lur. En fint sted å sitte ute på solfylte dager som i dag. Maten holder en meget høy kvalitet. Kirsebærlemonaden var nydelig og frisk. Ostesmørbrødet (Croque Monsieur) var himmelsk, gulrotsuppen var også meget god. Aubergine salaten med humus hadde masse smak, og blingsen med Skagenrøre kan også anbefales. Alt i alt et veldig bra sted med god mat og god service. Kan anbefales👍🏻.

My mum and I thought the food was delicious: she had the half-and-half open sandwich - half crab, and half goats cheese with lingonberries; and I had the chicken and pesto, orzo(we think?) salad. Yum!

The waiting staff were friendly - and thank you especially to the kind young person who was sweet and took our photos 🥰 The nice couple sitting at the next table also offered to take photos for us. I think most of the diners were local. We’re from the UK

Food was ok, place has nice vibes, but it took 30 minutes for hummus, bread and chips to arrive and 40 minutes for the sandwiches. And we were not the only one to notice slow service. At least 2 other tables were complaining and getting frustrated. Staff was very nice, friendly and apologetic, but there was one staff that gave us wierd and judgemental looks.

Will visit again but i hope organization in the kichen will improve.

Et veldig fint sted å spise en meget god lunsj. Ble tatt i mot av hyggelige og smilende ansatte, og stedet er lunt og litt stille.
Jeg spise en Asiatisk Salat som var veldig frisk og god. Porsjonen var også helt passe størrelse. Kommer tilbake hit.
