Korgen is located in a quiet, beautiful setting in a bend of the river Røssåga, 37 km south of the arctic circle city of Mo i Rana. This beautiful place offers an easy, peaceful family atmosphere with no noise from the traffic. There is virtually no mosquitos at this place. Besides peace and quiet, a stay at Korgen gives a unique opportunity for outdoor adventures in the beautiful nature surrounding the area. The area presents the whole spectrum from eternal snow to smooth sea. The river Røssåga, meandering through the village, is an excellent habitat for salmon and sea-trout.
